This little shop looks unassuming from outside, but boy, does it pack a punch!! It was about 10 minutes before closing time, and we decided to grab some dessert to go; at the same time, support a small local business. Wow, were we impressed. The customer service is TOP TIER. The inside is very eclectic, and the shop owner will tell you about the history of each piece in the store. The ice cream flavors are very unique and so amazingly delicious. The price is excellent, and I can't wait to go back and try something else. This place just celebrated a 2 year anniversary, and I hope to see it around for decades to come. I can promise you that you won't regret stopping in for a scoop (or 3)!

As ice cream lovers we are happy to write that we have found a gem in Concord. Coffee and Cream offers excellent ice cream, coffee and more. The choice of ice cream flavors are great and the owners are wonderful. An added bonus is the comfortable atmosphere in this special space.

The staff was so sweet and welcoming. My friend has a nut allergy, she cannot eat chocolate or nuts. The staff made her custom ice cream, banana pudding with caramel sauce and golden grams. I had the cappuccino crunch. The staff was very informative of items they sale. The atmosphere was as if I was a guest in their home. Definitely a 10/10 experience and will be coming back.

Had the best cappuccino and banana split of my life here tonight. This is a great place, highly recommended it! Carolina was great *Update* Went back with the family on Wednesday (2/28/24) and I have to say nothing changed, the banana split is still to die for, and the cappuccino is the best one I had! Carolina was awesome as always!

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my cappuccino from here. It was piping hot with a great strong espresso taste. The service was friendly and accommodating. I asked for a croissant and they were out but they offered to bake me up a fresh one if I could wait a few minutes and it was definitely worth the wait. It was hot and so fresh. One of the best croissants I’ve ever had and I used to work at a French bakery. Thank you!

THEEEEE BEST!!!! We found this place pretty spur of the moment and we’re Obsessed! We couldn’t decide among so many AMAZING options !! I got the salted pretzel coffee shake!!! DEVINE!! The ice cream is phenomenal and the coffee is top tier! My boyfriend got the chocolate chip brownie with mint chocolate chip ice cream and LOVED IT!! Definitely recommend this place for a sweet treat! The staff is super nice and friendly! We tried a few ice creams and loved them all of course lol

I've been coming here since they first opened. Wonderful people, customer service is unmatched! I always get the same thing, banana split the absolute best in Concord and surrounding area!! They have a coffee/espresso milkshake that is the best milkshake ever!! Love this place and the people! Now I can get it delivered to the house which is dangerous for my waistline!!
